Perfectly packed, so no fear of damage. Arrived within few days. Looks fantastic. Those flexible changing ring directions allows to fit in every place. This clock was as beautiful in person as it was online. Customer service was great at handling my questions and initial issues I had with shipping in the beginning and really took great care to make sure I was pleased, and my product arrived on time. We love it! It was bought primarily to cover a long crack in the wall above the fireplace. We didn’t expect it to be as dramatic and of such quality.

Look: Looks beautiful at first. A eye catcher. Quality: Relatively heavy, that says a genuine crystal material, and the top is anyway metal. So all in all, Im pretty satisfied with the purchase. Very beautiful and modern-looking. Sometimes I feel the time is not 100% accurate. There have been occasions when the needles stopped - only to be found bent slightly and stuck together rather than a battery issue or problem with internal mechanics. Overall, we are very satisfied and all our friends have liked it - it goes very well with our living area/kitchen theme.
