This clock was as beautiful in person as it was online. Customer service was great at handling my questions and initial issues I had with shipping in the beginning and really took great care to make sure I was pleased, and my product arrived on time. Very beautiful and modern-looking. Sometimes I feel the time is not 100% accurate. There have been occasions when the needles stopped - only to be found bent slightly and stuck together rather than a battery issue or problem with internal mechanics. Overall, we are very satisfied and all our friends have liked it - it goes very well with our living area/kitchen theme.
