Customer service was amazing! We bought 2 of these and upon arrival discovered one chair had some damage and the wrong screws. The customer service team corrected both of these issues with zero hesitation. I was able to access the entire conversation related to the piece throughout the whole process. The chairs were easy to put together. They feel sturdy, and they look great in our home. Will buy from this website again for sure.
